Cancellation Policy

1. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy policy.

2. Refunds

We do not provide refund once the subscription is sold. However,  after purchasing subscription company back end team will check whether company provide services on that particular location or not. If company is unable to provide services at the customers location refund will automatically initiated through company and will be credited to the customers account within 15 days. subject to Terms & Conditions, we will provide refund for services. Provided, if the services offered by us are denied by the customer due to any reason or circumstance, the customer cannot claim refund on such ground.

3. Cancellation of Services

If the customer cancels or reschedules a pre-booked appointment, or does not show up at the machenic by the scheduled time, it will be marked as the customer has availed the said service and we shall not liable to provide further service.

4. Payment Disputes

Our liability to pay towards the machenic shall be limited to the agreed value for the services. We shall not be liable to pay any other amount for services which is not covered in the subscription. The customer shall be liable to pay the machenic for services/parts used which are not covered under the subscription purchased. However, if a customer disputes a payment made for our services, we will investigate the matter and work with the customer to resolve the dispute. If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will provide a refund as soon as possible.

5. Warranty Claims

We offer a limited warranty on our services and parts. The details of the warranty will be provided to the customer at the time of service. If a customer makes a warranty claim for services or parts provided by machenic, we will investigate the claim to resolve the issue. If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will provide a refund as soon as possible.

6. Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations for services at any time if the customer violates any of these terms and conditions, carry out illegal activity, or violates/attempts to violate the integrity or security of our Platform or our machenics, or conceal any material fact which requires prior disclosure, or declares information which is misleading/false, or misbehaves, or such other acts anywhere in such a manner that we cannot provide the necessary services to the customer.
